What's included in a CCTV AMC?+

Do you provide AMC for CCTV you didn't install?+

Yes. SmartNest maintains existing CCTV of any brand — Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell and others. We start with an audit, fix anything already wrong, then keep it healthy on the contract.

How often should CCTV be serviced?+

Homes and small shops are well served by two visits a year; commercial sites usually want quarterly servicing because downtime costs more and there are more cameras to fail. Dusty or outdoor-heavy sites may need more frequent lens cleaning.

What happens if a camera fails between AMC visits?+

AMC customers get priority callouts. We diagnose remotely where possible and attend on a faster timeline than ad-hoc jobs, carrying common spares to restore recording quickly.
