By using Grupdo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms are between you and SVB Tech Labs, the operator of Grupdo.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Grupdo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Grupdo.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Grupdo.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Grupdo to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Share illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Grupdo service
- Impersonate other users or organizations
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Grupdo. By posting content, you grant SVB Tech Labs a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you share.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep Grupdo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Grupdo name, logo, and all related software are the property of SVB Tech Labs. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVB Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grupdo.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Grupdo after changes constitutes acceptance.
