In the App
- Open Pocket CRM and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the App
Email support@svbtechlabs.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Pocket CRM account”. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What Is Deleted
- Your email address and password.
- Your signed-in sessions and the push-notification identifiers of your phones.
- Your alerts and alert settings.
- Your membership of every business, and your links to CRM users.
What Is Kept
- Records of actions you took in a business (for example, that a reply was sent in a chat). They stay for the business's history but no longer identify you.
- Conversations and replies in your business's CRM belong to that business and are managed there, not by Pocket CRM.
