Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Pocket CRM, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that business.

2. The Service

Pocket CRM connects to a WhatsApp CRM that your business already uses. It shows conversations from that CRM, sends alerts, and sends replies and assignment changes back through it. Access is by invitation from your business's owner or admin, who decides which CRMs you can reach and which chats are yours.

3. Your Account

• Keep your password private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what is sent from your account.
• You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pocket CRM to:

• Send spam, or messages that break WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or the law.
• Access chats, businesses or CRMs you were not given access to.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or overload it.

5. Your Business's Data

Conversations, contacts and replies belong to your business and live in its CRM. Your business is responsible for having the right to message its customers and for how it uses their data. How we handle the data the app needs is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Pocket CRM depends on your business's CRM and on WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their availability, their terms, or messages they fail to deliver.

7. No Warranty

Pocket CRM is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every alert will arrive.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVB Tech Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Pocket CRM, including lost business or a missed or delayed alert or reply. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Pocket CRM at any time. Your business's admin may remove your access, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may stop offering the app, or release versions that change or remove features.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Pocket CRM after a change means you accept the updated terms.
