Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RollCast, an Android app made by SVB Tech Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or using RollCast, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use RollCast. If you are using it for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

2. Licence to Use

RollCast is free to use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on devices you control, for personal or business purposes.

You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RollCast to:

• Print anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to print.
• Reach a printer, device or network you are not authorised to use.
• Interfere with the app's security controls, including the approval prompt and device pairing.

If you switch on printer sharing, you are responsible for who you allow onto it. The app asks before an unknown device may print, and lets you remove any device afterwards.

4. Your Content

What you print is yours. We do not receive it, store it, or claim any rights over it. Receipts saved by the Virtual printer are stored on your device and are your responsibility, including any personal data they happen to contain.

5. Printers and Other Devices

RollCast talks to third-party printers over Bluetooth, USB and the network. We do not make those printers and cannot guarantee that every model behaves correctly. Thermal printers vary in how they interpret commands, and some may print differently than expected, or not at all.

You are responsible for your own hardware, your network, and any consumables such as paper.

6. No Warranty

RollCast is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular printer or device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVB Tech Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of RollCast, including lost business, wasted paper, a misprinted or unprinted document, or a printer that behaves unexpectedly. Since RollCast is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Termination

You may stop using RollCast at any time by uninstalling it, which removes everything it stored. We may stop distributing or supporting the app, or release a version that changes or removes features.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use RollCast after a change means you accept the updated terms.
